RSVP: Rally at C-SPAN to remove Allan Block from its board of directors

We've asked C-SPAN before: Why do you keep an insurrectionist who meddled in the his newspapers' coverage of the January 6th attempted coup (on the side of the coup) on your board of directors. Why is Allan Block, co-owner of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette who is currently refusing to comply with a judge's order to quit violating his workers' rights, deserving of a place of respect in your boardroom?

We wrote a letter, we made some phone calls, we sent more emails, we made more phone calls — on the air even. And yet, the network continues to stand by Allan.

On Wednesday, March 8 at Noon, we are taking the fight directly to C-SPAN as we rally outside the network headquarters at 400 North Capitol St. NW.

And we want you to join us! That's why we're asking you to RSVP on the adjacent form here.

The future of our democracy – in the workplace and beyond – depends on atrocious actors like Allan being driven out of power at places such as C-SPAN. The network should know better, but your voice can presence and voice can help drive home the point.

See you there!
