The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles has started a fundraiser with a goal of $100,000 to oppose our campaign. The California Apartment Association has started sending out mailers across the state, under the name "Pasadena Housing Providers for Fair & Equitable Housing" (ripped straight from the title of our charter amendment), calling on people to organize against our measure, claiming it will negatively impact *all* types of residential property. The CAA is also distributing anti-rent control lawn signs across the city.

Join us any day this week to make sure Pasadena voters are hearing from US first. No experience required - we will train you up and provide you with a script.

Phonebanking Schedule for Week of 8/08

> Tuesday (8/9) - 6pm on Zoom (RSVP for link)

> Wednesday (8/10) - 7p at Throop Church, 300 S Los Robles (IN PERSON)

• You can enter the parking lot from Los Robles. A campaign sign will direct you to the church entrance. We have reserved both indoor and outdoor spaces, please bring a mask. Bathroom, AC, and internet will be available.
• This phonebank immediately follows a campaign status meeting at 6p, which all are invited to attend.

> Saturday (8/13) - 10a-1p in a volunteer's back yard (RSVP for address)

• A volunteer has offered their home near Lake/Washington for phonebanking. We will primarily be outside. Wifi and restrooms will be available. If needed, you may also go inside for the AC.

> Phonebanking on your own time - 10a-8:30p, anywhere

• You can also phonebank on your own time. If you think you'd mainly make calls before 5p, select "on my own time - day time" so we can send you a specialized call list, otherwise select "on my own time - evening".

*If you can't make one of the sessions but still need to be trained, please select "training needed" so we can follow up to coordinate a time that works for you.
