The Committee for Better Banks is a coalition of bank workers, community and consumer advocacy groups, and labor organizations coming together to improve conditions in banks like Santander. We are responsible for ending sales goals at Wells Fargo and raising wages at many banks. Front-line workers at Santander deserve fair wages, career paths and job security too.
