This week the Supreme Court is hearing three cases which will decide whether LGBTQ+ people can be fired simply for their sexual orientation or gender identity.

These cases—which will be heard by the Court Trump and McConnell stacked with Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh—come after a year of relentless attacks on transgender people by Trump and an increasingly cruel right wing in Congress.

Trump's administration has already tried to legally define transgender people out of existence. It wants to refuse shelter to homeless trans people. It wants to refuse fair and adequate medical care to transgender people.

Conservative lawmakers have become maniacal in their quest to further marginalize transgender, gender-nonconforming, and non-binary people.

Transgender Americans are children, parents, siblings, friends, community leaders, co-workers, business owners, neighbors and much more. Bigoted politicians are depending on ignorance and fear--and political trickery to stack the highest court in the land--to advance their hateful agenda. Letting them win is not an option.

These anti-trans politicians are on the wrong side of history. Sign if you’re committed to defeating despicable legislation, overturning hateful decisions, and will help expand critical protections and rights for the transgender community.
