Michelle Wolf delivered the annual comedy routine at the 2018 White House Correspondents’ Dinner—and she was on fire.

During her set, Wolf rightly roasted Trump and his inner circle and spoke truth to power about his white supremacist, misogynistic, xenophobic administration.

Wolf held this dangerous administration accountable, just as she should have. But instead of praise, she was met with extreme outrage—especially from the press.

Journalists and politicians could have spent their time talking about Trump’s vile, racist speech on Saturday night. Instead, they spent it crucifying Michelle Wolf for complimenting Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ smokey eye.
