Puerto Rico was hit by a devastating hurricane, which has left 3.5 million American citizens without power for days. It's a humanitarian crisis.

Donald Trump ignored it, until he finally tweeted that Puerto Rico was in sad shape—due in part to the debts it owes Wall Street (which "must be dealt with.")

What an outrage. Trump filed for bankruptcy multiple times, but now he's lecturing a devastated island of 3.5 million people that they must pay back their Wall Street debts?

As Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said: "Puerto Rico needs help from aid workers, not debt collectors from Wall Street."
