Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, who was apparently miffed by the unsuccessful coup on January 6, 2021, flew an upside-down flag (a symbol of election denial claimed by MAGA) in his yard in the following days.

His act is utterly disrespectful and illustrates a disloyalty to our country, his extremism and his lack of impartiality. It shows his allegiance to the fascist election deniers who tried to overturn a free and fair election.

In the Constitution, Congress has both the right and duty to investigate, impeach, and remove federal judges who fail to display “good behavior.”
