So far, we have moved nearly $300,000 to workers in crisis due to retaliation. These awards have helped workers with critical personal expenses, such as covering health insurance costs after being fired, childcare, car repairs, rent, utility bills, and paying off debt.
Over 10,000 Unfair Labor Practice claims have been filed this year, alleging retaliatory discharge or discipline against workers.
