What happened in Portland, Oregon is an authoritarian NIGHTMARE.

As the protests over the police murder of George Floyd spread across the nation, Trump saw an opportunity to instill fear. In Portland, Trump and his Homeland Security chief Chad Wolf have deployed unmarked forces and are snatching peaceful protestors off of the streets without cause and effectively interrogating them. Unidentified men in camouflage uniforms jumped out of unmarked vans, descended on protestors, and apprehended them.

These untrained federal officers shot one unarmed, peaceful protester, and continued to kidnap others off the street without charges, and held them without access to an attorney.

This was all done despite calls from the mayor of Portland, the governor of Oregon, and the two Oregon US senators to immediately withdraw the federal officers.

Federal troops withdrew and, since the withdrawal, peaceful protests with NO incidents have resumed. But we will not forget the abuses at the hands of Chad Wolf.

This is a red alert, folks. These dystopian, regime-like tactics are being used to try and scare us into falling in line -- and  Trump and Wolf have expressed plans to expand this unconstitutional kidnapping to more US cities.

Ordering the occupation of US cities and escalating violence amid peaceful protests is unfathomable and beyond unacceptable. Chad Wolf is responsible for sending federal forces in against American citizens exercising their First Amendment rights.

Chad Wolf has violated our constitutional rights and must resign immediately! If he does not resign, he must be impeached.
