Over 20 states have banned or restricted abortion since the fall of Roe v. Wade.

The health of millions of women are at stake, and we need to fight back.

The Women's Health Protection Act (H.R. 12/ S. 701) would:

Require abortion always be available to protect a woman's health, and stop extreme abortion bans early in pregnancy
Stop states from forcing doctors to provide medically inaccurate information, perform unnecessary ultrasounds, or requiring waiting periods
Protect the right of women to travel out of state to seek abortion care
