The Department of Justice is ramping up its actions relating to the attack on our democracy on January 6, 2021, and each of these actions was precipitated by the investigations and hearings of the January 6 Committee.

Virginia “Ginni” Thomas needs to answer for her actions surrounding the January 6th insurrection.

In addition to sending 29 messages to then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows reciting baseless conspiracy theories and pressuring him to pursue efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, Thomas also sent emails to 27 Republican state lawmakers in Arizona urging them to appoint a new slate of presidential electors who would overturn the will of Arizona voters and cast their votes for Donald Trump.

We cannot allow this clear and present threat to our elections to go unanswered.

The January 6 Committee must subpoena Ginni Thomas and make her answer for her attempts to subvert democracy. Sign the petition today!
