Women in the workplace experience a traumatizing level of sexual harassment and assault. From former President George H.W. Bush to prominent newscasters, some men believe that their position of power allows them to act with impunity.

When women complain, they are discredited and attacked. This is why so many never report the incidents and why we cannot expect only victims to speak up. All of us in the workplace - especially men - shoulder the responsibility of reporting sexual harassers and assailants.
