Millions of voters across the country are being purged from voter registrations just ahead of the 2024 election. Conducting mass voter purges is the latest right-wing grassroots voter suppression effort, and it’s currently happening in state after state across the country.

We know this to be voter suppression as these efforts are concentrated on precincts that lean Democratic or are home to large communities of color, with the removals often based on flawed practices like 'inactivity', a small typo, or inaccurate identification of felony or citizenship status.

This is a blatant attempt to silence our voices and try to steal an election. But we will not be silenced and we will not have our vote taken away.

That’s what this petition pledge is about. This is a heads up, a red alert, a “tell everyone you know” call to action. It’s time to check our registrations ahead of the election so we have access to our vote. Then, it’s time to tell our family, friends, and communities to do the same.
