Take Action in the Illinois 6th!

The Coalition for a Better Illinois 6th (CBIL6) is a network of 20 grassroots groups bound together by a common goal:  To make our elected officials aware of the diverse values of our district and to hold them accountable to the people of the 6th Congressional District.

CBIL6 is committed to the beliefs that people in the United States of America deserve equal and fair treatment regardless of their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status and that a successful democracy requires an informed and engaged public.

CBIL6  promotes and supports efforts in the 6th district to educate residents on issues affecting them, to share elected officials’ positions on those issues, and to encourage citizens to register and vote.

We’ve had several successful protest and rallies thus far. The time for action is now!
