Urban Environmentalists is a grassroots community of 11,000+ activists transforming cities and towns into more sustainable, human-centered, and just communities through land use policy reform.

We believe cities should offer abundant housing, work and play only a short bike or transit ride away; safe and independent mobility for all, from kids to seniors; lively and green public spaces; clean air and water; and affordability for all who wish to live there. We are an initiative of YIMBY Action, a network of pro-housing activists.
