Check all that apply: Oral public testimony. I would like to provide oral public testimony in person or virtually at the Public Hearing at the MA State House for the Workplace Psychological Safety Act. It is limited to 3 minutes. (We will provide training.)

It's not too late, and YOU don’t have to live in Massachusetts, to submit written testimony.

The legislation has been introduced in the Massachusetts legislature (H1882) as well as the Rhode Island (S821) legislature where it has already passed the Senate. Please join our army of advocates!

Registration for oral/virtual testimony has closed, but pre-recorded video (3 minutes) and unlimited written testimony can be submitted until October 17th at 5pmET.

We are standing up to this injustice together! As of today, hundreds of us are giving some form of testimony.

Here’s the scoop: email a PDF of your 1–2-page testimony or your 3-minute pre-recorded video testimony to JointCommittee.LaborandWorkforceDevelopment@malegislature.gov. The strict deadline for these submissions is Tuesday, October 17th at 5pmET, a week after the live hearing. If you want your testimony kept private (just for the Joint Committee), make sure you request that.

En los próximos meses, (fecha por determinar), habrá una Audiencia Pública en la Casa del Estado de MA para la Ley de Seguridad Psicológica en el Lugar de Trabajo. La legislación se ha presentado en la legislatura de Massachusetts (H1882), así como en la legislatura de Rhode Island (S821), donde ya ha sido aprobada por el Senado.

Hace dos años, hicimos historia con el mayor número de antiguos defensores de objetivos/víctimas que testificaron juntos a favor de la legislación contra el abuso en el lugar de trabajo. Además, obtuvimos testimonios de investigación, expertos y conyugales. Tenemos que hacerlo de nuevo. ¡Más grande y mejor que la última vez! ¡Te necesitamos!

Uno de los aspectos más difíciles de este trabajo de defensa ha sido lograr que los afectados superen la mentalidad de “alguien más lo hará”. Es mentira. Nadie más lo va a hacer. ¡TÚ necesitas hacerlo por TI! ¡Recupera tu voz y úsala! Debemos hacer frente a la injusticia juntos.

Si testificó en el pasado, busque ese testimonio para presentarlo nuevamente. Este trabajo nunca es uno y está hecho.
Si no ha testificado antes, ahora es el momento de mojarse los pies. No hay otra forma de llegar a la meta.
