Members of USW Local 2342 at Fisher Cast Steel Products in West Jefferson, Ohio are facing a tough fight in their contract negotiations.

The company is trying to strip away their most fundamental protections and rights, such as union recognition, seniority, just cause discipline and arbitration.

Fisher Cast Steel Products received hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ dollars from the federal COVID-19 relief fund.

This funding is meant to help small businesses during this trying time and support good jobs in our community. The company benefited from taxpayers’ money and yet wants to attack good, union jobs.
