Any member of the AYD may suggest an amendment to the AYD Constitution or Bylaws.

• All rules changes for consideration must be submitted to the Chair of the Rules Committee no less than 14 days prior to the start of Convention (May 20, 2017).
• Each rules change proposal will be considered by the Rules Committee and may be amended by that committee.
• Each rules change proposal will either be given a favorable report, an unfavorable report, or tabled. All rules change proposals receiving a favorable report will move forward to the full body for a final vote to approve, reject, or table.
• All rules changes should specifically include the Article of the AYD Constitution or Bylaws that is the subject of the change, and include proposed language for inclusion or omission.
