Inquiry Process Initiation

• Petition is written by one active PV member.
• Must be signed by two other active PV members.
• Subjects may scrutinize a specific leader, decision, or strategic direction.

Inquiry Response

• Strategic advisors and directors are responsible for responding to inquiries.
• Response time frame is generally within 2 weeks. If further time is needed, inquiring parties will be notified.

Investigation (if regarding a leader)

• Will be conducted by a non-conflicting party.
• Investigation findings may be presented to the community.
• A recall vote held if needed.

Special Inquiries

• Unreported decisions responded to by the respective body.
• For sensitive information that cannot be released a private meeting can be requested.
