The 2020 election is here and we need to do all that we can to make our voices heard this November. We need you and our community to vote and participate in this civic activity that upholds our democracy. CT Students for a Dream (C4D) is committed in advocating for our undocumented community and we go beyond voting. C4D is fighting for different campaigns that advocate for the rights of undocumented folks in Connecticut.

The #LiveUnafraid Campaign is a project of C4D to register and mobilize voters and promote civic engagement. C4D is a statewide, youth-led organization that fights for the rights of immigrant youth and their families.

Join our bi-weekly Civic Engagement Workshops to learn more about different civic engagement topics and how to get engaged (ie the electoral college, voter suppression) and skill development (ie, how to have difficult political conversations, what is beyond voting)

Join our volunteer phone banks and take action this election season by engaging with our community to make sure that we are represented in the upcoming elections.

#Husky4Immigrants: - We demand Governor Lamont fully open up CT’s HUSKY Health Program to all state residents regardless of income and immigration status during the current public health crisis and beyond, to ensure everyone has access to healthcare!

#ImmigrantsAreEssential - We demand Governor Lamont to create a $150 million Disaster Relief Fund for undocumented immigrants in CT who have been economically affected by the COVID crisis and are not eligible for federal assistance programs

#CancelRent campaign: We demand Gov Lamont pass an executive order that cancels and forgives rent for the duration of the pandemic and during the recovery period, stops ALL evictions indefinitely, and freezes rent increases for five years.

Las elecciones del 2020 están aquí y debemos hacer todo lo posible para que nuestras voces se escuchen este noviembre. # HuskyParaInmigrantes: - Exigimos al gobernador Lamont que abra completamente el Programa de Salud HUSKY de CT a todos los residentes del estado, independiente de los ingresos y estado migratorio durante la actual crisis de salud pública y más allá, ¡para garantizar que todos tengan acceso a la atención médica!

#InmigratesSonEsenciales - Exigimos al gobernador Lamont que cree un Fondo de Ayuda para Desastres de $150 millones para inmigrantes indocumentados en CT que se han visto afectados económicamente por la crisis de COVID y no son elegibles para programas de asistencia federal.

Campaña #CancelarLaRenta: Exigimos al gobernador Lamont que apruebe una orden ejecutiva que cancele y perdone el alquiler mientras dure la pandemia y durante el período de recuperación, detenga TODOS los desalojos indefinidamente y congele los aumentos del alquiler durante cinco años.
