Tell Accor: Stop disrespecting and intimidating workers!
Workers at the Accor-managed Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Sofitel Washington DC are organizing for good jobs, safety and respect. They want a fair process to decide on unionization free from intimidation, threats, or bribes.
Sofitel has held mandatory anti-union meetings and threatened to change the schedule of an employee who is leading the union organizing effort. An investigation by Region 20 of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) found evidence sufficient to prosecute forty-three labor law violations at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn.
Accor, based in France, is one of the largest hotel companies in the world. Sign here to show that you or your organization agree that Accor should agree to a fair process that allows workers to organize and decide whether to form a union without bullying and intimidation.
