Tell Merit CEO and President Mike Rapport it's time to bargain a fair contract!

The workers at the Merit Aluminum foundry in Adelanto, CA, who custom manufacturer metal stampings, voted to unionize and have been fighting for their first contract for months.

While they banded together to improve working conditions, Merit CEO and President Mike Rapport, and owner of Evans Brewing Company and Aluminati Skateboards, responded by hiring an anti-union lawyer, and fought against basic rights all workers deserve.

Instead of working together to reach an agreement, Merit has lied to temporary workers, blaming the union for the company’s failure to hire them permanently, delayed bargaining, and have committed what the union believes to be violations of national labor law.

The members and bargaining committee are dedicated to working together to improve working conditions and make Merit the best place to work.

Sign our petition now to show your support for these workers and send a strong message to Merit that it is time to bargain a fair contract!
