Donald Trump, continuing to thumb his nose at his promise to drain the swamp, has nominated yet another industry insider to an agency position intended to regulate that industry.

Peter Wright, lawyer for Dow Chemical Co, has been nominated to lead the EPA's office that responds to emergency spills and cleanups. Some of these sites are linked to Dow Chemical.
