We in Tidewater Democratic Socialists of America believe that society must be radically transformed to allow greater democratic control over our institutions, and must not be run for profit. We're organizing campaigns to bring about this radical change right here in Tidewater.

The capitalist class has created a system rooted in white supremacy, which serves to exploit the working class. To fight this system we in Tidewater DSA are fighting to give people power to win representation in their homes and workplaces, to protect our environment, and to abolish systems of policing and incarceration.
