Large numbers of residents have raised issues around street cleaning and rubbish collection in St Paul's.

I want to listen to resident's views in detail on this issue, so am asking you to complete this survey on rubbish services. Cheltenham Council, along with other local authorities,  jointly own the company Ubico who perform rubbish collection and street cleaning services for our town.

A recent 2020 report singled out street cleansing "for particular praise for the excellent quality delivered" by Ubico. As far as the council are concerned, everything is going to plan. Do residents of St Paul's agree with this?  Are we getting good value from these services, or do they need improvement?

Let me know your experiences, and we can start to pressure the Council to make improvements!
