The Maryland Professional Employees Council invites you to attend a rally/reception for the Unsung Heroes Hike on Wednesday, June 23rd, at Lawyers Mall, Annapolis, at 4:00 pm.

Our Park Rangers need your support as they complete a 5-mile hike from Arnold, MD to the Governor's House in Annapolis. Since the pandemic began, Park Rangers have proudly served the frontlines with record-breaking totals of 21.5 million park visitors. After meeting substantial demands and answering the call when Maryland needed them most, our rangers have not received the respect and recognition deserved.

Join the MPEC family and special guests to be announced in honor of our unsung heroes.

The rangers will be joined by fellow state employees who also served on the frontlines as mission-critical and deserving of the proper recognition.
