How Does Phone Banking Help?  
Conor Lamb won the special election in the heavily conservative PA 18th Congressional District because  volunteers from outside the district made more than 35,000 phone calls and sent countless texts. The same happened in the special election for the PA House 178th District where Helen Tai won by less than 100 votes.  These are extremely helpful when attempting to amplify the ground game of a campaign.
