Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the People's March, hosted by the Women's March Foundation in Los Angeles on January 18th, 2025. With your help, we can continue this movement and once again make history in the streets of Los Angeles.

Volunteer

General Volunteer:

Training and assignments will be given over Zoom. You will receive an email with more details, including the Zoom link 48 to 72 hours before the event.

If you have a mobility limitation (i.e. unable to walk or stand for a long period), please tell us so we can assign you to a post with limited walking/standing.

Host a Sign-Making Party with your friends and family: We need volunteers to self-organize and host a sign-making party to make signs with fellow warriors! We ask that you provide posters and markers. Post your parties on social media and tag us! @womensmarch_fdn

Tips to Help You Plan Your Day

Transportation: Make sure you plan transportation beforehand. Consider taking public transportation or ride shares.

Dress: Come prepared with comfortable walking shoes and clothes, wear your volunteer shirt (make sure your shirt is visible), and don't forget sunscreen!  

Things to Bring: ID, cell phone, bottled water, prepared breakfast/snack/lunch, and any meds you may need in clearly labeled prescription containers.  Let a family member/friend know what you are doing and where you will be.
