Network Delaware is partnering with the ACLU of Delaware to support the Campaign for Smart Justice which aims to end the era of mass incarceration through dismantling the tough-on-crime approach and racial bias that has come to define criminal justice. Network Delaware’s main role will be to activate grassroots energy and volunteer leadership with this campaign.
