Everett residents deserve fair compensation for their labor.

The cost of living continues to rise, and Everett residents are being priced out of their own city. Rent, groceries, and gas are getting more and more expensive, as corporate profits are reaching record highs.

The Everett Deserves a Raise campaign needs your help to make sure we pass Ballot Measure 24-01 at the ballot box in November! Sign up to join our volunteer list, so we can contact with upcoming events and volunteer opportunities!

Here is how our Ballot Measure works:

For large employers with over 500 employees, the minimum wage will be set at $20.24, starting July 1st, 2025.

For medium-sized employers with 15 to 500 employees, the minimum wage will be set at $18.24 on July 1st, 2025. It will be raised to $19.24 in 2026, and then to $20.24 in 2027.

Wage increases in each following year will be tied to inflation.

The measure will not apply to small employers with under 15 employees.
