Vote Ceasefire AZ Pledge

Arizona Democrats: take a stand for peace in our March 19th Presidential Preference Election. Vote for ceasefire by marking "Marianne Williamson" on your ballot. Tell Biden: count us out for genocide! We demand an immediate, permanent ceasefire NOW!

Our Arizona ballot doesn’t provide the option to write in “Ceasefire” like in New Hampshire or choose Uncommitted like Michigan. Blank ballot “undervotes” are generally not reported on official results sites or by media. Marking “Marianne Williamson” and concentrating our votes for one candidate is our best option for delivering a clear, easily-measurable message on election night. We are not endorsing Marianne Williamson as a candidate, but using a vote for her — as a prominent candidate who has made a strong call for a ceasefire and justice for Palestinians — to send a pro-ceasefire message. If you can’t abide a vote for Williamson, vote for another pro-ceasefire candidate.

Biden only won Arizona by 10,457 votes in 2020. If we can mobilize 10,000+ pro-ceasefire protest votes for Marianne Williamson, we will demonstrate very clearly how President Biden must make a dramatic change in policy on this issue to earn the votes to win our critical swing state in November.
