Founded in 2013, Know Your IX is a national survivor-run, student-driven campaign to end campus sexual violence. We educate students across the country about their civil right to education free from sexual violence and harassment, while also advocating for better federal enforcement of that same right. Know Your IX fills the gap between the law on the books and survivors on the ground: we work to educate fellow students about their rights and empower them to take action for safety and equality on campus; and bring students’ voices, experiences, and concerns to policymakers writing the next chapter in Title IX’s history.
