The Age Friendly Foundation’s Certified Age Friendly Employer (CAFE) program—based on over two decades of research and ongoing review of best practices—recognizes organizations committed to being the best places for older people to work. The program assists age 50+ job seekers by identifying age friendly employers. Changing the Narrative has partnered with the Age Friendly Foundation to offer the CAFE certification.
