Environmental justice communities are disproportionately impacted by pollution and the effects of climate change that come from the freight sector.

The EPA must quickly move forward and:

➡️ Prioritize environmental justice across the freight sector;

➡️ Commit to eliminating pollution across the freight sector; and

➡️ Take actionable measures to protect communities most burdened by the effects of an expanding freight sector and deadly diesel emissions.

The EPA must ACT NOW to protect fenceline communities and promote a Zero Emissions future.
