We Need Strong Regulations for Loan Servicers

Loan servicers have caused big problems for more than 42 million student borrowers. Servicers misapply payments, give borrowers incorrect information, and even deny them from programs that are designed to help borrowers manage and repay their debt.

The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) is gathering information about the reality of working with student loan servicers like Navient, AES, Nelnet and Great Lakes .

We need to provide the CFPB with strong evidence of how loan servicers are abusing students. Ask them for strong regulations and help  support strong regulations by sharing your story!

Your story and contact information may be shared with the CFPB under the privacy policy and terms of service of regulations.gov. By submitting your story, you are agreeing to have your information shared with the CFPB to help them craft strong regulations for loan servicers.
