Not enough people are proactively engaged with running XR Derby, making the group unviable.

At the same time the climate and ecological crises worsens, heatwaves and wildfires are getting more extreme, water shortages are hitting, and we have a government (and PM candidates) who are utterly disconnected from reality.

We can't stop now - we must continue to act.
