XR Edmonton is an autonomous group of local citizen's DEMANDING our government TELL THE TRUTH about the climate crisis, species extinction, and the wider ecological emergency and TAKE ACTION ensuring a JUST TRANSITION with citizen assemblies to uphold the rights of Indigenous people, minority communities, migrants, and the needs of workers.

We are a "holearchy" meaning we have no leader, everyone has an equal input and everything done on behalf of the group is decided as a group (kind of like how our government is supposed to work, but better).
