Yes, Please send me more information on how I can help end executions in Indiana.
Indiana's death penalty process is costly, ineffective, riddled with flaws that create a risk of wrongful execution, imposed in an arbitrary and unfair manner, and it creates a prolonged and painful process for victims’ families, dragging them through an agonizing and lengthy process that holds out the promise of an execution at the beginning but often results in a different sentence in the end. Indiana hasn't carried out an execution since 2009.
There is no reason to restart executions now, our state is better off without the death penalty. Please join us in saying "Not in Our Name." Sign-up to join us.
