Our future climate's livability is tied up with stopping the use of fossil fuels, and in the extraction and creation of it and its products and byproducts, like plastics, that are proliferating beyond our planet's ability to withstand their pollution.

We are fighting hard, in some cases as the sole local organization, to stop fossil fuels and fracked gas expansion and to better control and assure our utilities move to a clean energy future.

We are also fighting to make sure that clean energy future minimizes environmental impacts and protects and prioritizes front line and disadvantaged communities, leaving no one behind.
