1. Contributors must be U.S. citizens or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
2. Contributions must be made from contributor's personal funds; funds must not be provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making the contribution.
3. Contributors must be at least 18 years old.
4. Contributors cannot be federal contractors.
5. To contribute, use a personal check or use a personal credit card; do not use a corporate or business credit card/check or a third-party check.
