After stopping the demolition of the contested Roof Depot warehouse, EPNI leapt into converting a long held community vision into a plan - to turn the vacant warehouse into a community-owned indoor urban farm and vibrant hub, full of local businesses and communal spaces.

This fall, help fuel community-owned, climate resilient infrastructure at the Roof Depot site, including:
- Ecologically-beneficial rainwater collection systems to feed into indoor farming operations
- Cooperatively-owned energy through the nation’s largest, most epicentral rooftop solar array designed in partnership with Cooperative Energy Futures

This historic community-led project continues through high points and hurdles because we all believe in a future that brings both justice and abundance to the heart of Minneapolis.
