Refund and Cancellation Policy

Delegation Deposits are non-refundable unless you have an emergency.

Refund requests received with more than 30 days notice before delegation departure will be issued a full refund (minus the $150 deposit).

Refund requests received with less than 30 days notice before delegation departure up until the delegation begins, will be issued a credit toward a future delegation of your choice (minus any non- refundable expenses already incurred by Witness for Peace, such as domestic airline tickets). If you wish to receive a cash refund instead, a 50% cash refund will be issued (minus the $150 deposit, $50 processing fee, and any non-refundable expenses already incurred by WFP).
