ICE is currently conducting door to door immigration raids in neighborhoods across Nashville, targeting the Kurdish and Iraqi community.

Kurdish and Iraqi organizers are raising a legal defense fund, and have asked us to house it at Nashville Community Defense.

Please give what you can to help the community fight back. Funds will be used to provide emergency legal costs --without which detained neighbors may be transferred and deported without the chance to defend themselves in court -- and provide emergency support to families who are in crisis.

*Any unspent money from this legal defense fund will be donated for nonprofit advocacy/educational purposes with a Kurdish Iraqi community-led organization.*
