Norlite Aggregate LLC has been burning hazardous waste in Cohoes, NY, since the 1970s. The facility sits 100 feet from a residential neighborhood, home to many families. Tens of thousands of people in the Capital Region live within a mile of the facility.

Lights Out Norlite has been organizing with grassroots volunteers since 2018 to end hazardous waste burning in Cohoes.
