Early Childhood Education is a Need and not a Privilege is a social campaign that purpose to mobilize communities around the issue of early childhood education to promote throughput the State of Connecticut (CT) and the United Stated to promote that every child in the State of Connecticut and eventually through the entire United States to have the right for equal access for early childhood education regardless of their race, skin color, legal or social-economic status, or their parent’s ability to pay for early childhood education.
