Acushnet Citizens for Education
Acushnet Citizens for Education was created for the Acushnet parents and residents ready to see a positive change in our schools. Our students and teachers deserve better and we are eager to support them! It is time our voices be heard. We share facts, organize events, and seek to create united action among supporters.
- Are you a parent, grandparent, or care giver of a child attending Acushnet public school?
- Are you confused about what you have been hearing regarding the decisions and changes being made in our district?
- Want to learn more about why our teachers have not been able to get a contract with the school committee?
This is a 100% parent run group and we are looking to share the facts that we know and research the facts we don't.
We are hoping that, by creating a place to organize our thoughts and time, parents, grandparents, caregivers, and town residents will join our group and help spread the word regarding how we can better our children's experiences at our schools and support our dedicated teachers.
Being well informed is the first step in creating change and we are eager to get the information out there!
