We are local volunteer community organizers working with All On The Line to empower a new generation of leaders poised to break the obstructionist grip on democracy caused by politicians picking their electorate instead of We The People electing our Leaders.

We believe that too many Americans, politicians in Washington, D.C. and state capitals are not working for the people. Whether it’s huge amounts of dark money, outdated or discriminatory voting laws, or gerrymandered maps, we have to fix the underlying problems with our elections to get better results from our elected officials. We cannot achieve meaningful progress on the issues so many Americans care about when our elected representatives feel more accountable to the extreme wing of their base than finding reasonable, popular solutions.

We are proud community organizers building this movement from the ground up, community by community, one conversation at a time—whether that’s on a front porch or on Facebook. We’re committed to continuing the progress we made in electing a more diverse congress in 2018. Our goal is to grow a more participatory democracy that reflects the diversity of the pursuit of the American dream. The 2020 election will determine the electoral maps drawn in 2021 which will effect legislation for a generation.

We like to think of democracy as a verb, so we believe in providing anyone who is passionate about a cause the space and opportunity to walk in the door and take action.
