Managerial and Exempt (M+E) Employees United (formerly known as AMECSS) has since 1978 promoted equity and fairness for public employees barred by statute from exercising traditional collective bargaining rights. The affiliate of AFT Connecticut is the voice at the state capitol and in executive, judicial and legislative branch agencies for those previously unheard and ignored.
