BlueWaveVA10 is dedicated to electing a congressional representative who reflects our values. We are made up of the local Grassroots Groups in Northern Virginia and the local county Democratic Committees. We are growing the progressive electorate by canvassing unknown voters in CD-10, to move them into the group of identified progressives, who can then be motivated to turn out and support the Democratic candidate for House of Representatives in VA-10. #BlueWaveVA10
