Chicago Principals & Administrators Association (CPAA) is the organization representing public school principals, assistant principals, and administrators in Chicago. The mission of CPAA is to help realize the individual and collective potential of the students, families, and communities served by our members. The Association is dedicated to achieving this mission by ensuring school leaders get the resources, respect, support, and district priorities they need to do their jobs, and by supporting our members through a coordinated program of services, benefits, advocacy, and organizing.
